Mr. Schadt’s distinguished career began after graduating from Loyola University of Maryland and the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he also enriched his legal education with a semester abroad at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. Upon passing the Maryland State Bar in 1993, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert E. Cahill, Sr., in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. This pivotal experience laid the foundation for his expertise in litigation.

In the years that followed, Mr. Schadt sharpened his litigation skills as an associate at several prominent law firms. In 2001, he established his own practice, where he successfully managed complex legal cases for two decades before joining the Turnbull Brockmeyer Law Group in 2021.
