Rodney Gaston

Mr. Gaston, a distinguished attorney, graduated with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1987. He is licensed to practice law in all Maryland State Courts, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. With extensive trial experience in both District and Circuit Courts across Maryland, he has also presented oral arguments before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.

Mr. Gaston has achieved multiple million-dollar settlements and jury verdicts in medical malpractice cases, including a $10 million verdict in a wrongful death case against a Baltimore City hospital. His expertise is recognized beyond Maryland, with other trial lawyers seeking his representation for their clients in medical malpractice cases in various states.

A well-respected authority on Maryland’s automobile insurance tort laws, Mr. Gaston frequently educates personal injury lawyers on trial tactics to secure favorable outcomes for severely injured clients.
